Precision Sorting

Sorting is the core of what we do — and the reason our clients trust us with their supply chains. At our facilities in the UAE, Turkey, and Pakistan, a workforce of over 1,000 skilled employees processes used textiles into more than 50 distinct product grades, each tailored to the specific demands of different markets worldwide.

Our sorting accuracy of 99.2% is not a marketing number. It is the measurable outcome of a systematic, multi-stage process refined over two decades of continuous operation.

Our Sorting Process

Receiving and pre-sort. Incoming bales are opened, inspected, and assessed for overall quality. Materials are separated into broad categories — wearable garments, wiping-grade textiles, and fiber reclamation stock — before entering the detailed sorting line.

Detailed grading. Experienced sorters classify garments by type, quality, fiber composition, season, and destination market. A single incoming bale may yield dozens of distinct output grades — from premium vintage to basic utility wear. Each sorter handles specific categories, building deep expertise in their assigned product types.

Quality inspection. Every sorted batch undergoes a secondary quality check. Sample bales are opened, inspected against grade specifications, and verified before packaging. This two-stage inspection process is what drives our 99.2% accuracy rate — errors are caught and corrected before anything ships.

Custom grading. We specialize in customer-oriented sorting, meaning our grade definitions are not fixed. If a buyer requires a specific blend of styles, sizes, or quality levels for their market, we configure our sorting lines to deliver exactly that specification. No two clients’ orders need to be identical because no two markets are identical.

Facility Capabilities

Our three-country facility network gives us a combined daily processing capacity exceeding 100 tons. Each facility is purpose-built for textile sorting — open floor plans for efficient material flow, controlled lighting for accurate color and quality assessment, and packaging stations configured for international shipping standards.

The facilities operate as a single integrated system: shared grading standards, real-time coordination, and unified quality control protocols ensure that a bale sorted in Pakistan meets the same specification as one sorted in Turkey or the UAE.

What Sets Us Apart

In an industry where “sorting” can mean anything from rough separation to meticulous grading, we operate at the precision end of the spectrum. Our clients — buyers who serve demanding retail and wholesale markets — choose us because they can plan their businesses around our output. When we say a bale is Grade A summer mix for the West African market, that is exactly what arrives.
